We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. Packages usually take 5-7 business days to arrive once we receive your order.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of the package. If you would like this, email velvetandtulle@gmail.com at the time of your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
- We trust your package has arrived safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made within 10 work days to the carrier.
- Shipper and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.
- We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims from the carrier for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collections of claims.
- Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the carrier, we are not responsible for replacing said item.
