Fine Cuts are the most consistent cut we offer, with the same thickness from slice to slice. A perfect addition to any classic or signature cocktail. Quantities are based on weight, and the average slice measures 2.5-3". Approx. 35 pieces. These garnishes are slow dried to preserve flavor and aroma, and will last indefinitely if stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Our darker lemon flesh delivers great contrast for lighter-colored lemon based drinks and can replace the fresh wedge, slice, or peel on menu staples like the Manhattan or Whiskey Sour.
